Costco Buys Former Friday;s Property

Costco in Danvers purchased the former Friday’s property at 49 & 55 Newbury St today (12/23/24) for $4,850,000 to make way for moving the gas pumps from their current location.. The new fueling facility will consist of the construction of a concrete pad, sixteen (16) fueling pumps with thirty-two (32) fueling stations, and a canopy over the entire fueling station

The old location will be turned into a new parking lot. The new parking lot will consist of 121 new parking stalls, improved traffic flow connections to the existing access drives and Hardcover Restaurant’s parking lot, new landscape islands and sidewalks.
