𝗗𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲 - On December 4, 2024, parcels at 88 Holten St and 90 Holten St were sold for $900,000 and $600,00 respectively to P&S Realty Trust. These parcels are on the corner of Holten and Pine, across from Tapley Park.

No plans to develop have been filed with the town. Will update if anything develops here.
