182-184 Pine St Zoning Meeting Moved To January

𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟯𝘁𝗵
Residents in the area of 182-184 Pine were out in force at the November meeting to voice their concerns over plans filed by 75 Sylvan Street, LLC for 8 two bedroom townhouses at 180-182 Pine Street (behind the old Sylvania).. The developer is looking for a variance for 8 unites where 7.5 units are allowed by right.

The developer will appear before the Zoning Board again on January 13th at 7pm at Town Hall (previously scheduled for December 16th).
