A developer has filed plans to demolish the Friendly Toast restaurant located at 50 Independence Way and construct a new 5,100 sf Chick-fil-A restaurant with a drive through. The developer will appear before the Planning Board on 2/25/25.

On February 12th from 6:30pm to 8pm at Town Hall, the town along with consultants from J.M. Goldson will host a 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 meeting to present key findings from the HPP, shares insights from community feedback, and outlines strategies to support, create, administer affordable housing in Danvers.

This is a great opportunity to learn, ask questions and share your thoughts on housing needs in our town.
