Essex County DA Speaks At Selectboard Meeting on 1/21
At the bi-monthly ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ meeting on Tuesday night January 21, ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐
๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐น ๐ง๐๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฟ spoke about state restrictions in charging youth for crimes amid charges of persistent delinquent behavior.
Mr. Tucker specifically talked about challenges and frustrations with the increase in juvenile criminal behavior across the North Shore amid state law reform efforts to keep youths out of the court and detention system following the charging of six youths in the attack on Chris โDuckyโ Anderson.

The developer is looking for a variance for 8 unites where 7.5 units are allowed by right.
The developer will appear before the Zoning Board again on ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฎ๐ณ๐๐ต at 7pm at Town Hall (continued from December 16th and January 13th).
