Essex County DA Speaks At Selectboard Meeting on 1/21
At the bi-monthly 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 meeting on Tuesday night January 21, 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘅 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗧𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿 spoke about state restrictions in charging youth for crimes amid charges of persistent delinquent behavior.

Mr. Tucker specifically talked about challenges and frustrations with the increase in juvenile criminal behavior across the North Shore amid state law reform efforts to keep youths out of the court and detention system following the charging of six youths in the attack on Chris “Ducky” Anderson.

The developer is looking for a variance for 8 unites where 7.5 units are allowed by right.

The developer will appear before the Zoning Board again on 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟳𝘁𝗵 at 7pm at Town Hall (continued from December 16th and January 13th).
